• Enabling wireless capability and connecting using SSID and password
• Identifying trusted vs. untrusted wireless networks
• Verifying that a connection is actually working after joining
• Improving bandwidth by disconnecting devices or pausing downloads
• Improving signal strength by moving closer or switching to Ethernet
• Improving device performance by closing apps and deleting temporary files
